this is a place where people can link there new designs and creations, and i will build them and put them through a series of test. i will document the entire prosses and give detailed reviews for the designer and help the designer personally while i am testing.
if you have any questions due let me know.
and thanks to the wonderful community for its amazing people.
@mackaiver

so the testing for the half-pipe delta has been put on hold waiting for a few parts, but i would like to talk about the plane.
due to @mastermalpass and his testing of his design the plane is going through a different testing procedure than normal.
so far
1. the build was great, had no hiccups or snags. 9/10
2. the manual was comprehensive and easy to follow(was not final edition but worked great)
now to the test.
1.i will be testing his "patented strapping tape technique" which from this video seems to do amazing but will test.
watch till end

2. this will also be my first plane i fly and i will test #1 and how easy it is to fly and tendencies.

(note all the painters tape is temporary, just waiting for 3d printed servo control horn and mighty min firewall)

Me think's a KF step on wings it needs ?

tiny thing i forgot to mention, the proper prop for the plane is a 5x4. i only have a 6x3 at the moment so the slot for the prop has been widened by about a 1/2 in on each side. also the servos have been moved to where the tabs are on the outside of the vertical stabilizers due to the servo arms being to close to the prop when it is in the slot. this is not part of the testing this is just an added bonus for being an adjustable plane.
!!!!!DISCLAIMER!!!!!
this is not @mastermalpass fault this is mine.
if you use the correct prop you will have none of the problems i just mentioned

I did design and test a KF on this, but scrapped the idea. If you do want to add a KF, make sure you do the same for the canards, or the centre of lift will be pulled to far back and you won't be able to not be really really nose-heavy.

It also rocked on the roll axis more violently, becoming less predictable and in a nutshell, I didn't like it. The only noticeable improvement was it was capable of going slower in straight and level flight - looks nice in a pass, but it wasn't worth it to me.

I can release the KF templates if desired, as well as a template for the canard, but such a config has not been tested.

I have been forgetting to say - very nice work on the build! It's an odd yet happy feeling to see my design in someone else's hands built from someone else's foam! :D

Just now noticed, you haven't sanded off the leading edges and of course - if your foam has paper on it, that won't be easy! The pitch axis may randomly twitch downwards if you fly like that.

You asked in a message about taping BBQ skewers onto the leading edges. Either that, carbon fibre or anything that when taped on will bevel the leading edge - this will stabilise the pitch axis. Might wanna do the same for the vertical stabs if you see it buffeting on the yaw axis a lot.

Don't forget to pop it on the scales when it's ready to fly; I wanna see how easy others may find making this one Sub-250 using different foamboard. :)
