My landing gear broke

After about 3 flutes with my timber x 1.2m. I had safe on and I could not controle the air craft but I was not confident enough to turn it off and the plane landed heavy the landing gear broke off. Does anyone know what to do?

This is just general advise since different glues are available in different parts of the world. You need some foam safe glue, be sure it's foam safe because some glues will melt foam and make the damage worse. In general the slower the glue cures the stronger the bond will be. Be sure to test fit the broken piece first before applying glue.

Foam-tac is always the answer. It will go together and look like new.
I think this is the right answer. Bob Smith Foam Cure I think is similar/same sort of stuff?
Just another thought ... I've had a couple places where this didn't do the trick, but I stumbled on 3m weather stripping glue. It's black color, messy, sticky, gooey, but really seems to hold well ... might be an option for especially stubborn tasks.

Epoxy is also decent for repairing ripped foam, and may be more widely available that Foam Cure or Foam Tac. Foam Cure dries to be slightly more brittle than Foam Tac. Foam Tac can be used as a hinge, but Foam Cure will just crack if you try that.
I have been experimenting with FloraCraft Clearstik foam glue (from the floral section of the craft store) and it behaves very similarly to Foam Cure except that it takes a little longer to dry.

All of the glues mentioned above are good choices. I would add a polyurethane glue to the list, gorilla glue or something similar.

I use small zip ties on my landing gear. Now WHEN, I have a rough landing it can break away. It's much easier to just zip tie the gear back on.
