I am using Naze 32 as flight controller and setting it with cleanflight. Receiver mode is PWM. when i increase the throttle, it changes in the receiver tab but the motor don't turn on. How to resolve this issue??

Antigravity or bust...
Look up calibrating ESCs in CleanFlight, will probably go something like this.
Remove propellers, connect to USB/CleanFlight with bat unplugged, go to motors tab, click ok for warning button and then move the master slider to MAX. Plug in the battery and you'll here some beeping. When beeping pauses slide master to MIN and you'll here some more beeping. At this point you should be able to control the motors if this is the problem. You should look it up because there might be an extra step to lock in the new parameters. Good luck,
