Need help with Electronic setup , first Swappable

Hi,

I just got the Old Fogey and the F22 as our first (son 8, daughter 10) scratch builds. The electronic package recommended (blue wonder 24g, ESC 18A and 9 gram servos and battery) can't be found on HobbyKing and from reading here I don't think I'd like to order from them anyway. Could someone help me with the equivalent setup from Altitude Hobbies:

I am very new at this and I would like to get a slow flying airplane if possible.
