It would be great to taxi a quad copter to the field for filming, or even the awesome ground chase views you can do with filming from the ground as well. Opens up a whole new filming technique. Just a thought.

I saw this a while ago, and was amazed. Its darn cool if you ask me. You could have a switch to toggle between the quad motors, (grouped as one) and the drive motors. Maybe in drive mode, the Aileron channel could then control the steering servo.
I would LOVE to see a chubby foam board quad with wheels.
