Nighthawk Pro 280 ARTF Build, Help!

Hi All,

I have recently bought a Nighthawk Pro 280 ARTF from Quadcopters.co.uk. It's arrived perfectly well, and I am now in the process of setting it up.

The problem is, during Configuration using Baseflight, I have found that some options under the Features section do not save correctly. When the I first connected the drone to Baseflight, I found that the Battery Voltage monitering, GPS, and VARIO were all enabled. I did not want GPS or Vario, and Instead I simply wanted Oneshot, and "Don't spin motors when armed" enabled. Once I'd set this up, and pressed the save button. I disconnected and reconnected the drone. What I am finding is that GPS was disabled, and "Don't spin motors when armed" was enabled, However although I'd asked to disable VARIO and enable Oneshot. Once Reconnected, VARIO was enabled again, and Oneshot disabled.

It doesn't seem to save these settings correctly. I have also found similar things under the Mode Selection Tab, which also does not save settings.

The details of the Computer I am trying to configure the drone with are:

Windows: 7 32Bit
Chrome: 50.0.2661.102
Baseflight: 0.68.3
The firmware installed on my Nighthawk was released on 31st May 2015

The result of this appears to be that although it looks like the esc's Arm, I don't hear the arming beeps, and the motors do not spin up. The other thing to note is that the Green LED on the board is not flashing.

Am I doing something wrong? or do I simply need to update my firmware? If I do need to update, how do I go about doing it? and where do I get it?

Thank you in advance for your help.
Regards,
John

Thanks guys, but I've managed to solve this issue myself. Turns out it turns out it was a firmware issue.
