A 3S 2200 battery should be negligible in weight from the 3S 2100, and in some cases, might be even lighter than the original battery! For example, doing a quick search, the E-Flite 3S 2100mah battery I found weighted in at 6.4 oz. A quick search of a Turnigy 3S 2200mah battery showed it weighing in at 4 oz.
I'd just say to check your CG (center of gravity) to make sure it balances out as a pre-check, and you should be good.
