Opening An AR610 receiver

Hey guys,
I recently got a new Ar610 receiver and I've had a really hard time fitting my servo and ESC ports into the slots because they aren't big enough. Anyone else have this problem and/or a solution? (specifically taking the whole case of of the receiver)

If it's really that much of a bother how about sanding down the ten cent connectors on your servo leads rather than messing with your $50 receiver?

That's what I did with my JR R921 receiver. Man those ports are tight!
