so, based on all my reading, and using the flite test board, we scuffed the plane up with steel wool, then painted it with water based verathane.
to serve as a base for the spray cans.
we painted the one side of the rear stabilizer and main wing, as the verathane dried it pulled the foam board into a slight bow.
hoping that, now painting the other side will pull it straight, somehow i doubt it!!??
anybody else have a similar experience??
