does it spin freely by hand? is it getting the correct voltage?
i had to replace mine, but it was working intermittently, and i read that it was a burn on the stator or something.
brushed motors don't last too long supposedly

yes i have flown it before and after a crash it became very week

After a crash I am pushing towards the prop is spinning on the shaft. bent shaft, something rubbing or a stripped gear. Hold the gears and try turning the prop if something slips you found your problem.

i took the gear set all apart but every thing seems in tact

i would think the voltage coming into the motor as you move the throttle, maybe horizon has the specs or in the manual

Running out of things to check did you take a good close look at the wires from battery to ESC and wires from ESC to motor? Might try powering up the motor and start wiggling some wires to see if you get a change.
