Help! Radio master pocket, ELRS

My brand new radio master pocket ELRS Seems to have lost its mind! In the process of setting it up on my Flite Test of 22, I know cannot access the internal RF protocol necessary. All I get for options is “multi”! The CFRS is missing. I am a newbie at this, and this is my second brand new radio trying to get to work for me. I gave up on the first one due to just taking too much time out of my life to figure it out. So I got a brand new one, and I ran into this issue. It gets stuck on the loading page forever when I click express LRS in tools. Help please!!

Can you add a few screenshots of what options are showing on the screen? I have a Pocket ELRS and may be able to help.

The first photo is page 2 of models, I can’t find anymore the proper RF internal setting. The only option is multi! The second photo is the system page one, I click on express LRS, and it goes to what you see in the third photo. It was working when I was setting it up for a delta plane/F 22, the mixing was wrong, and I was trying to remedy that. If that gives you a clue, great, but I’m kind of stumped. Where did CRFS go? That’s what’s got me puzzled.

I can duplicate the hung loading screen on my models that aren't configured for ELRS. The script will hang on loading if the ELRS module is not selected or present. I have an external multiprotocol module on my Pocket. holding the RTN button will exit the script if it is hung.

So once you have the internal module configured as CRSF on the system HARDWARE page, it should work.

I intentially bought the Pocket ELRS and then got the 4-in-1 nano multiprotocol module so I could do all the protocols. The 4-in-1 module costs MORE than the Pocket ELRS did. LOL :ROFLMAO: BUT, it is a nice compact radio for indoor flying, and combat when I don't need a big bulky radio with all the bells and whistles.

I find it amazing that Flight Test would brand a radio transmitter then bundle it with their kits and not have ANY information about how to bind the receiver to the transmitter. Really ... They are sending you a radio and transmitter and dont include ANY information on how to set it up? Is there not one person there that could type up a one page step by step instruction on how that is done and include it with their bundle? Spent most of today chasing down that information on you tube and internet forums. it is not easy to find. The manual that was sent with the radio was totally wrong and you would never get it linked by doing what it said. I was almost to the point of returning the whole kit for a refund. Come on FT ... please provide the information needed to get the equipment you sell working ... If you want I can now type those step by step instructions for you to include in future bundled sales.
Another thing I found ironic is that they say there are files loaded into the transmitter for their kits ... but the one it was bundled with (Mini Explorer) was not listed among them. Another dropped ball.
For Model Selection/Binding ... (starts at 1:03:17) ...

Another Problem ...
Bought a Mini Explorer Kit ... got a certificate "Gold Status" paper ... scan the QR code. It asks me to log in as an administrator ... am I an administrator now? Noticed it needed to be opened in the FT app. Looked for FT App on Apple App Store ... not there ... looked for Flight Test App ... not there ... looked on Flight Test store ... not there either. Tried the same log in as I use on the store to buy all this stuff. Says wrong ID or Password. I am starting to think I am just to old and dumb to deal with FT and the challenges they present.
