Help! Radio master pocket, ELRS

My brand new radio master pocket ELRS Seems to have lost its mind! In the process of setting it up on my Flite Test of 22, I know cannot access the internal RF protocol necessary. All I get for options is “multi”! The CFRS is missing. I am a newbie at this, and this is my second brand new radio trying to get to work for me. I gave up on the first one due to just taking too much time out of my life to figure it out. So I got a brand new one, and I ran into this issue. It gets stuck on the loading page forever when I click express LRS in tools. Help please!!

Can you add a few screenshots of what options are showing on the screen? I have a Pocket ELRS and may be able to help.

The first photo is page 2 of models, I can’t find anymore the proper RF internal setting. The only option is multi! The second photo is the system page one, I click on express LRS, and it goes to what you see in the third photo. It was working when I was setting it up for a delta plane/F 22, the mixing was wrong, and I was trying to remedy that. If that gives you a clue, great, but I’m kind of stumped. Where did CRFS go? That’s what’s got me puzzled.

I can duplicate the hung loading screen on my models that aren't configured for ELRS. The script will hang on loading if the ELRS module is not selected or present. I have an external multiprotocol module on my Pocket. holding the RTN button will exit the script if it is hung.

So once you have the internal module configured as CRSF on the system HARDWARE page, it should work.

I intentially bought the Pocket ELRS and then got the 4-in-1 nano multiprotocol module so I could do all the protocols. The 4-in-1 module costs MORE than the Pocket ELRS did. LOL :ROFLMAO: BUT, it is a nice compact radio for indoor flying, and combat when I don't need a big bulky radio with all the bells and whistles.
