My vote goes for the AXN Clouds fly, very similar to the bixler. I've been flying for over 2 years now and I'd have to say the bixler is still a fun plan to fly. It's docile and gentle to learn on but once you get comfortable with it you can modify it slightly and have heaps of fun.
It's a very popular plane so you'll also find heaps of info on it. xjet has a great youtube channel and he's done a build video on it. You should check it out.
