RunCam Split Question

Ready to Crash
OK so i have been researching the Runcam Split and what i need to make it work with a new quad i am building.

it requires 5V at 650 Milliamps.

Would this board be able to supply that?
It says that it has a 3 amp circuit, i just worry that with the receiver drawing 5V also and possible a LED strip or 2 that this would be too much draw and cause issues

Thoughts?

Really depends on the LED strips, I wouldn't try to pull more than 2400mA through that regulator for any amount of time.

for LED was thinking a 8 light strip or one of the 9 light squares. just to add to visibility when flying with others, and because i think they are fun, and kinda help me with orientation when flying LOS

I believe that those WS2812 LED's draw about 60mA at full white, so if you're only using 9 of them you should be fine.
