Spektrum Satellite receiver won't go into bind mode

I apologize this will probably be a long winded post.

So I have a kingkong 95gt: https://www.gearbest.com/brushless-fpv-racer/pp_639633.html

receiver that came with it:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Micro-Spect...%3A54b8aedd15e0a860e7ab2672fffff0b1%7Ciid%3A1

Tx: http://www.getfpv.com/dxe-dsmx-2-4ghz-sport-transmitter.html
(On a side note, I found a way to get the DXe to work with quadcopters that need setting up in betaflight because if the input is reversed you can switch it around in the CLI with the rxrange command)

OK, so now to the issue

I had no problems binding with the DSM2/DSMX sat receiver that came with it. But one day I was flying around and I landed hard and lost all input. The first thing I did was test the Tx on another quad copter (Inductrix FPV) and it works fine. I assumed the receiver had broken because it was right underneath the battery which takes alot of impact (design flaw kingkong?). I tried binding with it over and over and the led would never go solid, and the receiver would always ignore the Tx. The Tx always had the little jingle to say it bound but it still didn't work. I also tried flashing it again with the same firmware I had before and still nothing.

So I went ahead and bought this: https://www.amazon.com/Lemon-RX-DSM...=UTF8&qid=1504813380&sr=8-3&keywords=lemon+rx

I plugged it in and followed steps from multiple different sources on how to set it into bind mode because it doesn't have a bind button. I don't have a normal Spektrum receiver so i cant plug in a bind wire and all that, i have to do it through BF.

I've tried:

1. Going into CLI and typing: set spektrum_sat_bind=9 THEN save, unplug and replug, reciever flashes once and nothing

2. set spektrum_sat_bind_autorst=1 (and tried 0) same outcome

3. set spektrum_sat_bind=5 I've also played around with spacing the = from the 5 (or 9) like this:
"set spektrum_sat_bind = 5" same outcome

4. I've tried changing the Uart's around, tried changing the spektrum 1024, 2048 resolution and EVERYTHING, same outcome

5. Tried powering off of the battery instead of USB

6. I even made sure the correct wires were going to the Rx, not that that would have changed

Everything in beta flight works except for this receiver nonsense, the accelerometer, the motors (of course ESC's too), and the configuration tab all work.
Is my FC damaged somehow? Oh god please don't let it be that. To replace the FC and ESC (kinda comes together) its like $45

I am soo desperate right now, anyone who tries to help should get a gold star :D

This is sort of a continuation of an older post about the same issue: http://forum.flitetest.com/showthread.php?36757-DSM2-Sat-Rx-No-longer-listens-to-input

Thanks Everyone!!

Unfortunately not all flight controllers have the ability to put speksats into bind mode. I'm not sure if that is the case with your board but if you've tried all the modes and it's not going, that's probably why. I had the same issue with my micro Lux, I ended up using a different FC to bind.

My experience has been that there might be a jumper that has to be closed to set it into bind mode through a satellite receiver; I've only seen LeDrib mention this on an episode of Rotor Riot, and not had to do it myself yet, however.

But, I DID find this in searching through YouTube; it might help:

I haven't heard of any of the full size FC's with this problem, the SPF3 should work - the clone in my Wizard works fine. You can also use a satellite capable full size receiver if you have another use for it after the binding, otherwise it's kind of a waste.
