I was flying on base my tri on base and one of the local Japanese guys that work here stopped me and asked me and wanted to talk. He flies a trex 450 heli. After some time talking with the helps of Google translate. I set up a boddy box since he flies JR and me Spectrum. Even with me flying on mode 2 and he flies on mode 1, the channel mapping is still the same just different sticks. We set up his and my radios and took him in the back of a warehouse. I let him take it up and hover for a bit and get used to it. He had the big ole grin like flying for the first time. He said it was a lot more stable then his heli. He wants buy a kit either a tri or quad. When I started flying, everyone did what they could to help me and me up and flying. So I did the same and gave him my spare kk2.1.5 board, probably didn't need too but hey I wanted to help a friend. Now we meet on the weekends to do some flying. It's a lot better the flying alone.
Sorry for the rambling. image.jpg
