Having broken stuff, I would just fill the spar box with something: wood, foam, or whatever, other than that, looks good enough to me and I overbuild to a factor of 100. Some sort of nose spar and a tail ditto wouldn't hurt, could be Bbq Skewers hot glued In place

I'm thinking about doing a 2m or something to have as a fun flier, might be doable by scaling down the plans

I have no idea if this is a good idea, but I’d be tempted to experiment trying to spray expanding foam into that wing D box. Wonder what that stuff weights? Amazing build!

Yes, but it’d be hard to remove if something goes wrong.

I still haven’t updated the plans but if you ever do I can. Some of the parts have been changed

The inside of the box spar will be filled with the spar joiner about 6” on each side for the secondary and 12” for the main. After that it’s hollow.
