Solved 72" C47 prop choice

Hi there, i'm looking into buying the 72" C47 but it doesn't show what prop to use on the FliteTest store. Any recommendations?

since it's probably using C power packs i would say a 10x45 prop should do fine.... that is if it uses the PPC's

That is the recommended prop for Power Pack C, but the pictures show smaller 3 blade props. I think you're supposed to go down in size a bit when you add a blade. A few props of some kind should come in the kit though.

The 60” C-47 came with 8” 3 blade props in the speed built kit. I assume the 72” does as well. The C-47/DC-3 has engines mounted very close to the fuselage, so the scale model does it the same. The 60” has no room for anything bigger than 8” props.
