Been a while, but I finally got this girl up in the air. Wings are a bit under-engineered and flex slightly more than I feel comfortable with but I've done moderate acro with them and they haven't broken yet. I'll have to shove an aluminum rod in there or something. They're only 3 sheets of foam thick so there's not much room.

Also gotta give her a nice paint scheme

I broke these 2 models for 3D fly so that only the wings and tail + motor with regulator + 3 servos remained. Today I decided to start restoring this wonderful flying model. If there are those who wish to make a drawing, I attach it. The fuselage is made of 5mm foam (I do not make any bulkheads and spars). I will make a box for the 2S 750 mA battery at the end of the repair : based on the recommended CG. I forgot the ponytails from the models in the village at the cottage .We 'll have to drive 120 km .

Ever convert a favorite kit plane into a smaller foam board design? Reduced my plans for a Ramco First Step that was popular in the North East in the early 80's and ripped this little guy out. Weather has been so patchy but hope to get it and a couple others out for some maiden flights.
