This thread is really a before and after for the AX 2308. This was my first motor I had ever rewound, and has worked great for 6 months of hard flights and crashes. Still, I pulled the bell off Saturday and thought, "Ugh!"
I had rewound it with 10-13 turns gobrushless "24g" newbie wire. (Really closer to 25-26)
So, I rewound it ABC x3 with 13 turns Tech Fixx 24g wire. The base layer has 8 turns, with 7 turns on top of that, and it is delta terminated.
I have photos of every part of the process this time, and I'm slowly writing the tutorial. I'll post the rest soon!
