I've got a nnBucker cut out and I've been thinking about reshooting the release video.

Has anyone scaled this down? 53 inches is just to big for my car for transport. I went ahead and printed it at 85% which gets me down to around 44 inches. Looks like only a few tab and fold items to adjust. Any tips or concerns?

There shouldn't be any issues reducing the size. 44 inches sounds like a good size!

Why should scaling it down during printing require any alteration in tab and fold items?

Hi Lentar! The foam itself remains the same thickness regardless of what size you print the plans. The channels of foam used on the fuse and stabs will get smaller if you reduce the plans and the foam will no longer fit.

Oh it's actually very different from both those planes, it's a very simple trainer. For size it's going to be 53" wingspan and 31" fuse.
