Battery Challange

Hello Flite Test,

If there is one challenge that I would love to see you guys take on and that is not to fly a plane using any Lipo Batteries or Fuel but instead fly it with a 90A 12v car battery.

I recon between David and Chad something very interesting will pop out.

I dont know how David would rig something up for this, but I would like to see at least two motors on the plane because the flying cinder block was underpowered. 20 pounds of lead flying through the air might not settle with AMA, FAA, etc.

A couple glow starter motors and some serious props would just about do it.

The FAA regulations that allow for recreational R/C flight allow for planes up to 55 lbs.
