Help! Carbon cub S2

I have an carbon cub s2 that has never been flown. I can’t seem to get any controls on it after binding and re binding my transmitter. (RTF) The flight controller flashes red and blue lights when a battery is plugged in. The flight controller is a Spektrum A3230A and my transmitter is a DXs. I am thinking that this could be an issue with the gps or SAFE. If that is the case, I don’t care too much about the geofence or auto landing or any of those features so I would be willing to compromise those.

Do you have your DXE turned on before plugging in the plane? Some of the newer Safe receivers will not initialize until throttle is moved above %25 and then back down.

I had my transmitter on as mentioned and I still didn’t get anything.
