what is the best way to connect the tail and the fuse?
Due to some design constrains we are compelled to make the fuse and the tail section as separate part but the problem is in the connection of these two.
We need a reliable way to connect and disconnect the two parts. We need to connect and disconnect these both parts as soon as possible, there is a time limit for the assembly of the whole plane..

Any suggestions are welcome...

Either bamboo skewers through the rear of the fuse and tail that can be pulled out or perhaps a fixed skewer or printed hook on the fuse and a couple of rubber bands around the tail.

Allot depends on how you are planning to fly the plane. If you are planning a rough and tumble 3D plane, it may be tough to keep the tail adequately attached.

If you are planning lazy circles in the sky, then some rubber bands or Velcro might work. I’m thinking a small tongue of fb on the fuse to keep index the tail to the fuse. Then rubber bands or Velcro strips to span the joint, one one each of the 4 sides

We talking attaching the control surfaces or is it a fixed surface tail assembly? Might also want to consider a ruddervator /V tail assembly which could attach much like a trainer wing using rubberbands and control rods hanging out the back with keepers although I have done the traditional z bends on some of my removable V tails

Can 3 XT60 connectors be used to connect both the fuse and tail? Will that hold them in one piece even in some hard wind?
