This looks great! You did a wonderful job on the conversion.

I looked this one over too. Didn't the original have a time release wing opening mechanism? To me that was the magic in interesting part of the design. maybe I am confusing it with another balsa plan. outerzone.co.uk has soooo many.

I didn’t recall a spring mechanism on it but it didn’t have a hook for a hand launcher which I never added to mine.
