Flat top stick heads

In several of the videos you see Alex has stick tops on his radio that have very large flat tops. Normally when you look for sticks you only find the ones that are slightly wider.

does anyone know where you can get those sticks Alex uses ? really wide flat top with radial knurls on them for grip ?

I have been googling

but all I can find are those, and similar size to those, as you can see, those aren't nearly the size of the flat top on alex' sticks :/

The blue ebay ones look quite like the ones Alex use.
