Is it legal to fly in a park? there is a flying field but its really far away and there is some cranky control line flyiers there usually.
There is a HUGE soccer field complex/ park. Am I allowed to fly in it?
Thanks

You'll have to check your city regulations and such. Id recommend the the Airmap app. or one of the other faa apps. they can tell you if you are good to fly at any location.

My club flies at both the city & state parks. We have received the permission of the park staff. Our club has even been featured on the city park's website. I would recommend talking to the park staff.

You can fly in just about any park as long as they don't have a sign up saying otherwise. Also, never fly over people!! I'm sure you know that already though lol🤣😂

Its all good. you guys cracked me up with those Ideas, just thinking it might be bad to keep having posts like this cause a faa person could see it and get us in a bit of trouble.
