Gearbest.com customer support FAIL

Just sharing my experience and what i am going through with gearbest.com

I ordered 3 FT012 Speedboats from gearbest.com on November 26th. 33 days later they arrived and i gave one to my brother and one to my dad. We go to a pond to try them out and ALL 3 are defective and only go maybe 8 mph.
