Graupner MZ-12, How do I connect it to my PC?

I have a Graupner MZ-12 and GR-18 Receiver and I was wonder how I connect this to my PC to fly Simulators? The transmitter does not have a USB port, so I'm guessing I need something I connect to my reciver to pc?

Any responses? I've just got a a MZ-12 and it has a USB cable and a small interface with cables coming out but there is no where to plug it in. It's a tiny little plug and the data on the TX is totally different.
