Hello Everyone. I am building and testing twin motor control planes

Inspired by the EZ series, I am building and testing twin motor control planes. Very inexpensive way to get into the hobby after some failure to build with standard components and disasters with micro 4 channel planes.

Will post my flights.

This got me started. They fly so well.

I was surprised about how much I learned: coping with wind, bringing it in for landing, detecting low battery power so I could bring it in for landing, avoiding trees, and flying six flights on two batteries charged from the car.

Attached is a video of one of the earlier models using the C-17 parts. It flew well but suddenly rolled and crashed possibly due to structural failure of the tail, or battery coming loose. The first model barely climbed, but probably a CG problem, not weight, both coming in at about 56g.

These are made out of corrugated cardboard, as part of by enviromentally friendly low cost approach. If it works I will suggest to Flite Test
as they have already made a Pizza box flyer.
