Help me build an awesome FPV "kit"

Hello, I am looking to put together an FPV kit for my Sportsman S+. I have 0 FPV gear, but have flown FPV in the past.

I need...
Goggles (3d optional, not required)
Good image 600tvl or better
Great transmission (stock antennas won't do)
200mW minimum Tx?
1.3 or 5.8? I fly outdoors, alone, some obstacles such as hills and tall trees but mostly flat land and rolling hills
Head tracking really interests me!
Distance? I want to avoid directional antennas, is it possible to go a half mile or a mile without snow on 5.8 without directional antenna?
If I need to spend a little more to achieve this goal I don't mind, I don't want to though. I think this dollar amount is attainable for anyone in this hobby and this might be a good reference for those of us that are serious about jumping into FPV.
Power source? Standalone lipo or tap into power system and upgrade single battery?
I want OSD

My goal is to buy all this once (no matter who I have to get it from) and have no burning desire to upgrade my FPV gear in a month from now. I hate buying products twice! Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have done a ton of research and am ready to pull the trigger on this tonight and get this project underway. I want everyone's input!

You could look on HK, they have got some fatshark stuff. I got going with fpv for $200, but that was cheap stuff.

TBS pnp 50 power filter, osd, current sensor. ~$60 Lumenier TX5GA variable power TX with race band ~$65. Aomway circular polarized antennas (pair) ~$15. Skyzone 02s V+ 3d (white) $414 all on getfpv.com .

I run same setup except that my goggles are 01 V2's and I love my set up. so far I have not found the need to use anything but the 25mw settings but will once I get my ham licence so I don't run out of room on long punch outs.

I will probably pick up an eazyOSD when I decide to put this on a FT Spear or something similar. For now it will reside on the Sportsman S+.

Also...

I picked up a 3s 2200 mAh 20c battery to put in my bird. is 20c too low?
