High or Low Temp Glue Gun Setting

I was scratch building my otter, and I tried to use my glue gun to glue the wing, but my crappy old glue gun couldn't deliver enough glue so I went and bought a new gun, a Stanley GR pro 100 from Canadian tire. It's a shame, it was a pretty nicely cut wing if I say so myself. Anyways, which temperature should I use? High (410 Fahrenheit ) or low? (230 Fahrenheit)

My suggestion is to try out the high temp on some scrap material you want to glue. I know my old one would eventually get too hot and melt the foam.

You might find the low setting is good for not melting foam but not hot enough for long glue runs.

I would not ignore those bubbles for sure. Some glue sticks though also have higher or lower melting points which could result in more or less bubbles. Either way you will need to know what happens for your glue/gun/foam setup. Certainly you must have a scrap of foam around. No?
