KK2.1.5 Question

I'm new to quadcopters and purchased a kk2.1.5 board to use on it. I can get it to fly alright and hover pretty well using the self leveling.

However, when I try to fly forward quickly it always drifts to the left a fair amount. Is there some tuning I can do to fix this? When I fly forward slowly it doesn't happen near as much.

Thanks

Interesting...

When it drifts, does it change heading or or is it a pure side-to-side movement?

If you release the sticks in autolevel hover, does it have a tendancy to drift there In any one direction?

In fast forward flight, how high up are you on the throttle?

When it happens, the front left motor dips lower than the front right so it turns in that direction.

When i release in autolevel, it hovers pretty close to still. Not much drifting at all.

By fast forward flight, I have the throttle just over half but I have it leaning forward (the elevator on my Tx) as far as it will go. I have the stick scaling for the elevator and aileron set on 50.

Sorry, I have to ask . . . where is the throttle when you're hovering? If Fast Forward Flight (FFF) is hard over(even at 50% scaling), but you're still only at 1/2 throttle, then I don't understand why you're not plumiting to the ground, not just dropping a boom.

I have a suspicion what's going on here, but not positive . . . I think this is a resolution issue, and the front motors have slowed to the point the board is having touble stabilizing the platform becasue it doesn't have fine enough control . . . There are ways of fixing this, but if it's not your problem, it will make it worse

that's your throttle stick scale? What motors/props are you using? Have you measurd the All-Up-Weight (AUW)?

My throttle stick scale is 90. When I'm hovering, the throttle is probably 25% of the way up.

I'm using iPower 2217q motors with 10x4.5 props. My weight is around 2.5 lbs.
