The museum I volunteer at is currently restoring one of those TWA DC-3s. Ours was the CEO's personal aircraft and I believe it was the last DC-3 ever flown by TWA. We've got it parked outside next to my job, the B-17G, which incidentally enough was the last B-17 ever flown by the Air Force.

Really nice builds, that Polikarpov isn't something I see too often. I noticed an F-35 earlier too.

A couple months ago I began scaling down all of my single engine 48" planes and twin engine 60" planes. I never thought I would be interested in the Mighty Minis, boy was I wrong. I currently have a dozen pretty well finalized and a half dozen more in the works.

When designing these, there were a number of parameters that were kept in mind. Those include, scale appearance, ease of assembly, flight performance, and servicablitybif all electronics.
Here are some pics of the progression, you will be able to see some very distictive changes from early versions...

I have had a number of people contact me and let me know they got to try these out at Edgewater. Hopefully you guys will get to try the rest if them 😊😊
