Micro drone violently shakes

Hi there,

so I made this micro drone, it is the second drone I've built with the first one being a 250mm fpv quad. the micro drone has an f4 FC with 1104 brushless motors.
when I try to fly this drone it violently shakes and the more I throttle up the worse it gets(video linked).

i have tried strengthening the arms and I have also lowered the piss a little bit (not that I really know much about pids).

if anyone knows anyway of fixing this it would be greatly appreciated as I'm out of ideas, thankyou.

Video of the drone:

Nice build, have you calibrated the escs? since it is an all in one not so sure this would be required. wait..yes throttle calibration on any multirotor is critical. Make sure the esc protocol setting (in betaflight) matches what is running on the esc. Doesn't look like it is dsyncing and it is throttling up ok. More like a wobble than a "violent shake"...take props off and in motors tabs spin up each motor and make sure they 1.spin right direction 2.start spinning up at same value. aaaand is the flight controller mounted normal? check solder connections between each esc to motors.

Looks like more of a PID tuning issue to me. Too much P, not enough D, or some combination of those. Tuning is more of an art than science, and requires small adjustments and testing.

Joshua Bardwell has tons of videos on youtube, also look for Stingersswarm's tutorial to get you started.

okay Thank you, I'll make sure to look those up as I have very limited (if any) knowledge on tuning! aha

Thank you very much, I'll try those out, I'm still quite new to drone building but its really enjoyable to do! aha
