balanced on the CG mark, looks like thrust right and down ok

Tries to climb almost straight up immediately, push stick down and it wants to dive. Does loops . No time to trim, fighting to not crash. neutral sticks elevator to stabilizer are level

If your pulling the stick back to you and it dives then you have the elevator servo reversed. Pulling it back should make the plane go up, pushing it forward away from you it should go down. Sounds like it's reversed

Make it a bit nose heavy too. Makes trimming easier.
Start with some down elevator trim and less throttle, go about 20% down trim if it’s lifting too fast.
Also check the motor thrust angle, it may be adding to your problem.

I'm thinking you have way to much movement in your elevators. Make them move only 12-16 degrees up and down. Even less if you have a lot of surface area on the control surfaces. I've made that mistake to many times with the same result you're getting. Also, your C of G should be about 20-25% back from the leading edge. Hope that helps
