Hello, I want to make the FT simple cub plane, I see it has a wingspan of 38 inches, could the electronics I have work for this plane?

That’s almost exactly what the recommended B pack uses. On my Cubs, I have the same motor, a similar 1300mah battery, and a slightly smaller 9x4.5 prop. Works great. I can do loops with it fairly easily.
The 10x4.5 prop seems a little large for that motor, but that’s what came with my motor from Amazon. You could touch the motor after you fly. If it’s very hot, then maybe downsize to a 9x4.5.
If this is your first plane, one thing to watch out for is stalling at takeoff. If you lift off too quickly, the Cub is prone to stalling and rolling (into the ground). I’ve found that is easiest to accelerate on the ground until it lifts off without any elevator input, then give it just a little elevator input to get it up higher.
