I am setting up fixed wing plane but have not flown it yet. I have Radiomaster Pocket and set up throttle safe switch using SA switch. Ailerons, rudder and flaps work fine but I have no output to throttle. I can see the joystick works on the screen but there is no activity on CH3 on Channels monitor. I must done something to disable it but I can't figure it out. I included some pictures

There is a simpler way to do the throttle cut using a single special function. Here's my setup. My throttle is on channel 1 (spektrum mapping)
and flipping the switch overrides the throttle output.

[Switch A on] [override] [channel1] [with -100] [enabled]

I use this on anything that doesn't already have some sort of arming mechanism.

Remove the logical mechanism from your throttle channel and give it a try.

Cheers!

First off I do not see a switch assigned to your throttle cutoff.

I like this throttle cut better because it is safer.

L01 AND L02 SF switch down (lap top no down arrow )
L02 OR L01 L03
L03 a<x THR -96
L04 a>x THR -97

With this set the throttle cannot activate unless throttle is all the way down.

I won't disagree with a safe arming setup. I mostly wanted a quick kill switch for things I had no safety at all. Good to see this alternative!

I fly a lot of things with FCs that do the arming checks.

Sorry, please post a screen shot of what this looks like. Is this on the logical switch page or special function page? Remember, I am a noob

.

I set it up in Global functions as that way I do not have too set it up for each plane or quad. Where the switch down I wrote is where the designated switch goes for throttle cut, I ALLWAYS use the same switch for throttle cut..

Please post a picture of your global function screen. I don't know enough to make sense of what you are doing.
thanks.

Please explain how to do this. what is "lap top no down arrow" referring to?

When you are programming, pick the switch that you wan to work with.
Then, toggle that switch until it is the position you want it to be, up, down or middle.
The arrow will change accordingly.

Which switch you choose & what position you want it in is your choice.
