Oh....That's Not Good, Is It...? How Embarrassing....

Well I durned well done it. I let the smoke out of my Naze 32. It was probably an act of idiocy too!

Pardon the silly question...but: I am powering my Bat Bone V Tail with a Zippy 2800 4 cell. Coming off that is the main power going out to the ESC's and the small 5 wire connector.

*Ahem*... I assume that the 5 wire connector goes to the receiver doesn't it...? Stop that laughing damn you...!!!!

Good lord, I am a meat head...

I'll take one new NAZE board thank you...maybe I should order 4...

No, that's the balance port for charging each cell of the battery equally. It carries the full voltage of the battery (on one of the four wires anyway). That's 16.8V on a fully charged 4S. The receiver and Naze32 need 5V. If you're using ESCs with a BEC, that will output 5V that's safe to plug into the Naze32 board. If you're using something like the KISS or ZTW opto ESCs, which don't have a BEC, you'll need a 5V regulator to plug into the Naze32. The receiver will get power from the Naze32.
