Do flite test even post their products to countries like the UK?

They do. The shipping can be rather expensive due to the package size and relatively low volume of shipments, but it has improved.
They've been looking into ways to make it less expensive, but with the exception of them ordering (not shipping, sadly) "Flite Test Foam", no word on any other progress.
