Posting An Article Help

In the last few months I attempted to create a new article but each time the same error was prompted.

After filling out the foarm for an article, and pressing the last button to enter the article, the foarm would send me back to the area that requires you to choose an area to post it under (such as Planes, Scratch Builds or Workbench). Tried changing the setting 3 times, I would still be sent back to the same place with the same error.

Is there an expected level to be reached before you are allowed to create an article? After a few times with these results I feel like never trying to post an article again.

No, you should be able to post an article. Definitely not a problem on your end. My (admittedly weak) advice is to copy and paste your article into a Word document each time before attempting to post.
