Okay, no answer to my question, so I ran my own test. My FT Tiny Trainer runs at full throttle for 7 minutes with a 900mah 2S pack (6.7 volts at end of flight). That comes out to 7-8 amps motor draw. Propeller is recommended 6x4. Pretty close to 50 watts. With a measured weight of 300 grams, that works out to 75 watts per pound. Fairly underpowered.
