I finally have useable examples, the PETG has a bit much stiction, but will probably work. The ABS did split as well, but only the lowest part, which may have just needed more heat, but its still a usable piece.

Made another set in ABS last night, it still split, but I carefully acetone welded it back together while making sure the nozzle didn't fuse to the base. It looks to be the best result of all the attempts so far.

I created it in fusion360. I will have to see what I can do to make it available.

You should be able to save a file as a STEP file in Fusion 360 by:

1. Select File
2. Click Export
3. In the Type drop-down menu, select STEP Files
4. Name your file
5. Choose the location to save your file
6. Click Export
