Based off @localfiends design which is no longer available, I redrew this from scratch with some minor changes to accommodate mostly vase mode printing. 35” wingspan with two drone motors planned. Printing is going well so sharing some progress pics.

Using 3dlabprint lw-pla with pla for motor mounts.

Bro how do you get the LW PLA printing so smooth!!!! Every time I try to print anything with Bambu lab PLA aero, there are hairs all over it, it's not smooth, and stringing is crazy. I saw you used vase mode, but I don't really know how to design something for vase mode while still having infill.
By the way, that is an awesome build!!!!

If you use Fusion360 for 3d printed designs, watch this video.

Once you get that technique working, you will understand some basics. Then you can tinker on your own. Play around with spacing, cuts, and structure design.

Good luck.

Vase mode is key - agree with @TEAJR66 - good video for reference. Takes a bit to wrap your brain around but when there are no retractions you get really clean prints,

Ok, um I use TinkerCad, I have an on shape account, but I just play around on it and can't make what I want to, so most of my designs are made in TinkerCad. If I turn off retractions, but don't use vase mode, will it work, or just fail

Sorry not familiar with tinkercad. I use Fusion.
