Help! Rudders on cub S+ Floats

Do you know a good easy to put and take way to put water rudder or rudders on the floats? Can you steer them with the hole on the back tire pole hole some way springed, polleys or something clean? Also springed down and nice like the horizon hobby's ones? Any recomendation?

I’m not much of a good opinion, but I can tell that this question has been up for a while. I would hook up a rudder on the float like this:
