Setting up first 4ch Plane on Taranis w/OrangeRX - any tips?

I've been flying multi-rotors for about a year now on my Taranis - but for some reason I decided to by an AXN Floater (simple 4ch plane like a bixler)...it was a local deal way too good to pass up!

It came with an orangeRX receiver...and I've used that as an excuse to get an OrangeRX module so I can get some other BNF's I've been eyeing working on my Taranis (park flyers, nano qx, etc)...but I'm just kind of seeing if there's anything I should program on the radio other then standard 4 channel operation. I was thinking some of these things:
-Throttle Hold and/or cut
-Low/Hi rates (though I don't know if that's totally necessary)
-Expo....though I'm not sure if expo is favorable on an airplane or just a personal preference?

Anything else? Any particular issues with the orangeRx module I should watch out for?

Thanks for any help you guys can offer!
