At first, I would like to thank you warmly Willsonman for this very detailed and illustrated thread about the HK Spacewalker. I'm currently building one and the many advices you are giving here were very helpful.
To bring my contribution to this rich thread, I can answer partly to the questions posted by JohnFR and you about the unused parts in the kit.
- 4 pieces A14: They're not mentioned in the instruction manual, but they are to be used as reinforcement of the E2 ribs which are around the wings servos. You can see them on last photos in instruction manual (not the very last one, but the 2 of them just before with wing servos)
- E12's and E13's : I used them to complete the void around A8 covers on which wing's servos are attached. 2*E12 + 2*A13 per wing. It avoids to build a balsa frame as you did in post #66 (I tried and it was quite tricky to not break the balsa !)
