I have flown and crashed the FT Seaduck, Tutor and Simple Cub on water this last summer as none have lasted very long getting wet. What I found common in all 3 is that it is always the horizonal stabilizer that seems to warp. I will not be building any more foam board planes for the moment to fly off water and will be practicing my float flying with a HobbyZone Carbon Cub and a 3dprinted Eclipson Model B XL.
