These here are the winglets, I cut the 30 degree angle in the tip with a table saw to keep it straight and even...

Then I glued on 4layer laminated poster board with the TE hanging 2" below the bottom of the wing...

The top of the winglet was the cut with a knife and sanded to the profile of the top of the wing

I think it's a 60 tooth blade but if all you have is a beaver then 2 teeth will be fine

Anybody that downloads the plans from today forward will get the newest plans. A couple small revisions were the winglets were added and the doublers were extended by a half inch.

Have always wanted an excuse to buy a proper table saw. Looking at powermatic with the foamboard friendly guards.

To late for my pieces for alignment tabs so just added my own

Motor mount is in. The power pod I actually lowered 1" to make more room in the battery tray area, motor is still in the same position so that is the reason for the fancy motor mount

Fuse is together and bottom closed in, haven't decided whether I will cut in a hatch or a door on the side yet.

A little beefing up of the horizontal. 3mm cf strip on the main part and a little bent wire that gets glued in to strengthen the control surface.

Also where is your cg mark?

Not yet, still haven't decided on a side door or a top hatch through the nose/windshield. Wing is going to be fixed on solid.
