The flysky i6 is always a safe choice, it is cheap and reliable.
After that there is the frsky QX7 but im not sure they come with receiver.

The QX7 typically does not come with an RX, but receivers for many protocols are not expensive and binding is usually easily done with a plug or button.
You should look to buy the best quality TX you can afford as it’s the primary interface between you and the plane. Be sure that whatever you buy has dual rates and expo and is not too complex for you to set up. Everyone has a different threshold for that so what works for me might be too much for you!
