What 3d printable plane should I make

Beginner flyer or 3d printer? If you are new to flying I would not recommend a 3d printed plane at all. If you are new to 3d printing I would suggest the zero from 3dlabprint.

This would be my first print or plane, but I am able to get the parts printed at my library if the will fit on a 200x200mm printer.

For your first plane if you want to purchase I would highly recommend an apprentice. If you are interested in building with foam board I would recommend the FT legacy, single motor option. It’s an easy build and a very stable flyer.

Do you know of any FPV parts for this plane?

I was kind of looking for a more acrobatic plane but I will look into it. Thanks!
You have not really made it clear if this is your first plane or if you already know how to fly. If this is your first plane then an acrobatic plane is probably not a good starter plane, you need something slow and easy to fly. I agree with jpot1, that the Horizon Hobby Apprentice is a good choice or the Aeroscout. Also, you should find someone that knows how to fly that can teach you.

If you are a new flyer, then you should probably be concentrating on learning to fly first and get good at it before attempting FPV.
But if you are already an RC pilot, then something like this could be added to the top of the wing, or on the cowling of this plane. it doesn't have great distance, but it is someplace to start.
But you would also need FPV goggles and for safety someone else that know how to fly as a spotter and that can take over LOS.

What would you recommend for a non 3d printable rc plane?
If you want to try to build an easy plane from foamboard, maybe try this one as a starter.
Ft Simple Scout - Easy to build easy to fly. Very stable.
Just need some Dollar Tree foamboard, a box cutter and a Hot Glue gun to get started. You can print the plans on any printer.

Plans can be found here: https://forum.flitetest.com/index.php?resources/ft-simple-cub.38/
Other foam board plans by Sponz. : https://forum.flitetest.com/index.php?threads/sp0nz-plans-index.17136/

Or the Speed Build Kit Here:

For a first plane, you want something stable, not aerobatic. As others have mentioned, foam board is cheap and easy to repair, so great for a first plane. On the other hand, 3D printed planes can be a bit fragile. However, if you're determined to 3D print it, you're not going to do better than the cub that others have listed. While it is stable enough for a first plane, it is also fully aerobatic once you're at the point of flying some more advanced maneuvers.

for a first plane, nothign aerobatic, I suggest building a baseline trainer, and the issue is the library may have hte worng filament, so y ou will have to provide them filament, settings and more. I would reccomend starting off flitestest style instead, but the rest is up to you.

I think that I will build the Scout. Do you know of any wheels and tires for this?

I think you might like this. When you come to Edgewater on Thursday nights Josh will have a simple scout with a buddy box for the first time flyers. :) He really likes to teach people to fly with this plane. This is a little info that I found. If you go to the store and look up the simple scout in the accessories they show 2.75" wheels. Good luck with your build.
